Ingredients:
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp brown (or white sugar)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 pork chops (with bones)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Combine all ingredients and dip pork chops into mixture. Poke a few holes in the chops with a fork to really let the marinade absorb.
3. Let pork chops marinate in the mixture for 20 minutes at room temperature
4. Bake at for 8 minutes, then flip the pork chops and bake another 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees. It’s really easy to dry out the pork chops so use a meat thermometer!
5. Enjoy with side of your choice!
