You need a bundt pan for this.
Ingredients:
3 cans of grand buttermilk biscuits
brie cheese (about 1.5 lbs)
2 cups of fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp of butter
2 tbsp of sugar
2 tbsp rosemary
1 tbsp thyme
Instructions:
1. In a small pot combine cranberries, butter and sugar. Heat on high heat. Once the butter melts, change to low heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Then set aside
2. Open the biscuit cans and splint each biscuit dough into 2 slices
3. Cut the brie into 1 inch pieces
4. Place 1 piece of brie into a slice of the biscuit dough and roll into a ball so the cheese is inside. Repeat for the rest of the biscuit dough
5. Spray the bundt pan with pam or other nonstick cooking spray
6. Preheat oven to 350
7. Place 1 layer of biscuit cheese balls, then sprinkle with some rosemary and thyme and add 2 tbsp of cranberry sauce
8. Repeat for 2 more layers
9. Bake for 40-45 minutes
10. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes then flip bundt pan on to a plate to take the bread out
11. Enjoy!
