Ingredients:
4 eggs
1.5 cups of flour/pancake mix
1.5 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp basil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 strips of bacon cook and chopped into small pieces
Instructions:
1. Combine eggs, yogurt, salt pepper and basil and use a mixer to mix together
2. Add cheese and mix well
3. Slowly add flour and baking soda and mix
4. Add bacon and mix
5. Heat waffle iron and spray with pam
6. Pour the mixture and cook according to waffle maker instructions.
